Karin Reynolds is a dedicated health coach whose journey into coaching began five years ago after personally experiencing its life-changing benefits. Inspired by this experience, she trained with the Life Coach School for six months, earning her certification in early 2020. Her coaching approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients understand how their current thoughts shape their feelings, actions, and results.
